But, my baby wants to eat that...

Okay, so, I'm 28 weeks pregnant & that is my excuse for this blogpost. Actually, anything concerning food these days (what I eat, how much I eat, when I eat) gets blamed on my poor little baby just hanging out & growing in my uterus! HA! So, baby girl, it seems today I can't get enough to eat. And, you know what? I can only gain a half a lb a week for the rest of this pregnancy (that's what being overweight prior to pregnancy will getcha). No, people, don't worry, I am not dieting. I'm not that stupid. But, I can think of tons of things that sound so good to eat right now (other than the green grapes I'm currently munching on). Oh yeah, and, I have to do the whole gestational diabetes test in like a week & I'm trying to replace all my sweet cravings with fruit. I honestly don't know if cutting back on sweets will help my chances of not getting gestational diabetes, but, hey, in my mind, it makes me feel better about it all.


Here are a few things that sound absolutely YUM right now:

If these were in my pantry right now, I would eat the whole box. Good thing they're not in my pantry anymore...

Easter is right around the corner, and that means these are on the shelves at Walmart! *Which also means I have to stay away from the candy aisle!*

If the hot light is on, you better stop (whether you're pregnant or not, and if you ARE pregnant, hey, the baby wants a doughnut because the hot light is on).

Woo, now that all that's out of my system, I think I'll eat some more grapes!
